You may feel shopping is a chore, especially if you have many gifts to buy. But you should remember why you are shopping - to give to others. Sometimes sharing the experience shares the load. Why not make a Christmas tradition of shopping as a family? Every Christmas we pick a day we go shopping together. We make a list of the people we have to buy for (grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, school teachers, etc.) and have an idea of what gifts we want to get them. This saves us running around aimlessly, especially when looking for eco-friendly products. Once at the shops we get these presents first and then we shop for each other. After the shopping, we have time to wonder and enjoy any of the festivities that are going on around the shops. It means we can set aside some time to have a meal and enjoy each other’s company.
