  • Who is earthly passion
    We are a family run business offering a range of products that are eco-friendly, sustainable and where possible organic. We want to make it easy for families to find safe and healthy products for their children, their homes and themselves, all within an environment that is secure and convenient. At the same time keeping the earth in mind.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    The fastest way to pay earthly passion is through PayPal, but we also accept Credit cards and Debit cards via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to use this service.
  • Do you offer combined postage?
    Yes we do offer combined postage for multiple orders placed on our website. Postage costs will depend on the weight and the size of the package, but we will always endeavour to give you the best price.
  • How soon is payment required?
    Payment would be appreciated within the day of the item being purchased. If you do experience problems in paying for your purchase, please contact us immediately as we are very understanding and only too happy to help you out.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    We despatch all paid sales that same day, or next business day despatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will notify you if we are having an issue with delivery.
  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    You will receive a notification and shipping email when your order has shipped. For large packages tracking is available.
  • Are you able to change my shipping address?
    If you message us prior to purchase or prior to payment e.g. if shipping as a gift. You will need to be very quick if payment has been completed, as orders are processed very quickly in our store once payment is made. A late notification makes it extremely hard to change any shipping details in an order once we have received payment. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address on your orde and your PayPal account before placing your order. You are asked to confirm this address twice.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your items and we will happily refund the purchase amount via your original payment method. Please refer to Returns section for more details.
  • Do you ship international?
    Yes we do to most countries. Please message us to confirm. International buyers please be aware that airmail prices will be charged.
