Shipping

We want to make the shipping process as easy as possible for you. That is why we have come up with this easy to follow shipping pricing levels.

For Australian Shoppers:

  • $9.95 AUD for items under 3kg

  • $17.00 AUD for items over 3kg

  • Delivery is free for orders over $150. 00 AUD and weighing less than 3kg

For Shoppers outside of Australia:

We love our international friends and we ship overseas on a regular basis. We will always try to get you the best shipping price. Pricing for airmail is dependant on location and weight.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Other things you might want to know about our service

 

We take great care when packing to protect your purchase. We use biodegradable or recyclable postage materials, where possible to save on costs to you and to give some earthly passion to the environment.

 

All paid sales are mailed that same day, or next business day despatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification and shipping email when your order has shipped. For large packages tracking is available.

 

If you message us prior to purchase or prior to payment e.g. if shipping as a gift. Orders are processed very quickly in our store, once payment is made. This makes it extremely hard to change any shipping details in an order once we have received payment.

Returns policy

 

  • We will accept returns/exchange up to thirty days from time of delivery, when an item has a quality issue or customer has decided they no longer want the product.

  • In the unlikely event that you have changed your mind, or the item does not meet your requirements, or you just wish to return it, the Item needs to be returned in the original packaging.

  •  We must receive an email of your intentions before the 30 days of your receipt of the item is completed (It is deemed normal postage delivery times have taken place).

  • Please DO NOT RETURN UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.

  • Tracking numbers must be obtained and supplied in all cases.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging. A refund will be given on receipt of the item in original condition or as described in original communication. This will be checked with the photographs we hold and any other identification marks we hold. If the item differs from these a refund will not be issued.

  • Return postage will not be refunded.

  • A refund of the sale price will be given on receipt of the item in original condition.

  •  We are unable to process any refunds until the item / items have been received. We do not accept responsibility any loss or damage during the return process.
